You need no account and submit nothing to browse stores and prices. Hojrehchii stores no cookies for visitors and runs no third-party analytics or trackers on public pages; the site's content-security policy forbids connections to outside domains.

Your IP address is held only as a short-lived counter used to rate-limit requests and prevent abuse; it expires automatically at the end of the window. That counter is not linked to your identity and is not used for behavioural analysis.

Public: Store name, slug, primary category, address text, products and prices, and the contact channels you chose to display (phone, WhatsApp, Telegram).

Not public: The owner's personal name and phone number, collected at registration, appear on no public page or API and are visible only to the platform administrator. Price-change history is likewise administrator-only.

The service keeps technical events (errors, rejected requests, processing jobs) and a record of administrative actions. Sensitive values such as passwords, tokens and cookies are masked automatically before anything is written to a log.

The database is backed up nightly and backups are retained for 14 days.

If a shop uses the messaging bot to update prices, those messages pass through that messenger's platform and are subject to its privacy policy. Where image and voice recognition is enabled, the submitted file is sent to the recognition provider for processing. None of this applies to public visitors.

You may ask for your store's data to be corrected, or removed from Hojrehchii entirely. Removal requests are honoured unconditionally.
